چکیده
In this paper we present software application that we programmed for study of heat transfer problems that is a part of education of subject Process engineering taught at the Tomas Bata University in Zlín. The application we use as a teaching aid for calculation and visualization of temperature distribution in the plane plate body during its heating or cooling and for calculation of economical costs of the process and accompanying main operating costs. Calculation accuracy of our application enables it to be used for real engineering computing. Keywords—Maple, non-stationary heat transfer, software application, temperature field.

متن کاملEffect of Variable Thermal Conductivity and the Inclined Magnetic Field on MHD Plane Poiseuille Flow in a Porous Channel with Non-Uniform Plate Temperature
The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of the variable thermal conductivity and the inclined uniform magnetic field on the plane Poiseuille flow of viscous incompressible electrically conducting fluid between two porous plates Joule heating in the presence of a constant pressure gradient through non-uniform plate temperature. It is assumed that the fluid injection occurs at lower pl...
متن کاملSpectral Finite Element Method for Free Vibration of Axially Moving Plates Based on First-Order Shear Deformation Theory
In this paper, the free vibration analysis of moderately thick rectangular plates axially moving with constant velocity and subjected to uniform in-plane loads is investigated by the spectral finite element method. Two parallel edges of the plate are assumed to be simply supported and the remaining edges have any arbitrary boundary conditions. Using Hamilton’s principle, three equations of moti...

In this paper the buckling coefficient of FGM rectangular plates calculated by the new version of differential quadrature method (DQM). At the first the governing differential equation for plate has been calculated and then according to the new version of differential quadrature method (DQM) the existence derivatives in equation , convert to the amounts of function in the grid points inside of ...
متن کاملViscoelastic Micropolar Convection Flows from an Inclined Plane with Nonlinear Temperature: A Numerical Study
An analytical model is developed to study the viscoelastic micropolar fluid convection from an inclined plate as a simulation of electro-conductive polymer materials processing with nonlinear temperature. Jeffery’s viscoelastic model is deployed to describe the non-Newtonian characteristics of the fluid and provides a good approximation for polymers. Micro-structural is one of the characteristi...
